Which languages do you support?

Virtuosis AI is language agnostic, as it doesn't analyze the semantic meaning of language, only the voice acoustic.

How much time do I need to use Virtuosis before getting results?

Virtuosis AI can provide insights from the first conversation. Our models are speaker independent - no baseline required and are trained on diverse datasets.

⁠What if one person on the call consents and the other doesn’t?

Only the audio of the consenting person is analyzed, as it's captured directly within Teams (i.e. its not a meeting recording).

What if some people are at home on Teams but others are together in one group in the office?

Our technology will provide an aggregate well-being analysis for the in-office team. To ensure privacy and confidentiality, we do not store employees' vocal prints. However, if getting individual insights for in-person teams is desired by both the leadership and the employees, we could find a solution for this.

How can we test and do a demo?

We can conduct a live demo in a Teams meeting, showcasing the app's functionality. Alternatively, we can offer a 1-month trial for a team to test the app.

What does the payment plan look like?

We offer flexible monthly and yearly plans based on the number of licenses required, billed directly by Microsoft.

What happens to the data?

Data is encrypted and stays strictly between Microsoft Teams and Azure. We don’t store identifiable data. Unless otherwise decided, we don’t process the transcript and delete the audio files as soon as they are processed (shortly after the call ends).

How can we pilot this for some people in our business but not the whole business, and what would the setup between our IT teams look like?

Your IT team can assign Virtuosis licenses to specific teams and people via Microsoft, similar to assigning Teams licenses.

⁠Where is the data stored & processed?

Data is stored in Switzerland and processed in Europe (Microsoft’s global European servers). However, if you’d like it in a different country, we should be able to accommodate your request.
